annual prize show & sale of Swaledale sheep - Sep 2005

O'Reilly Chartered Accountants were the sponsors at Harrison & Hetherington Limited's Annual Prize Show & Sale of 80 'Elite' Swaledale Ewes & Gimmer Lambs.

The event was held at Kirkby Stephen Auction Mart on Friday 23rd September, and there was an outstanding entry of quality sheep presented. The result was an overall average increase in prices of £154.48 from 2004. The ewes & shearlings averaged £531.94 and gimmer lambs averaged £231.50.
