"As a new business we were recommended to O'Reilly by an existing client of theirs. We were in the process of buying a run-down business and bringing it back to life. The initial negotiations were fraught with difficulties and we then had to make the place presentable and run the business. We were able to contact partner Andy Neeve whenever a difficulty arose to discuss what needed to be done - Andy is an ex-publican himself so understands the pressures of the trade. On his advice we decided to use Sage as our accounting package and received training from O'Reilly starting very much from scratch.
