Furnished holiday lettings: changes postponed - May 2010
The good news for owners of Furnished Holiday Letting properties is that the proposed provisions have been removed from 2010 Finance Bill, following pressure from various parties, including the Tourism Alliance.
It is likely that, no matter which government we have, these changes will be implemented at some point and we will most likely know the position in a few months time once the election has passed and the new government has had time to declare its intention.
For the time being it is advisable to speak with us first if you want to make any current plans regarding your furnished holiday lettings.
