Year-end cattle stock listings - Dec 2009
Each year when we prepare your accounts we reconcile the closing stock numbers to the accounts to ensure that the accounts are complete and accurate as a precaution in case of a tax office enquiry.
It would be of assistance to us if you could let us have your BCMS user ID and password (if we do not already have it) in order to extract a list of closing stock from the CTS Online website at the year end date.
You will still need to provide us with your usual stock listing/valuation; the report will simply enable us to confirm that the year end numbers are correct and act as additional evidence in the case of an enquiry.
