Waste exemptions - Dec 2009
If you have registered for the Environment Agency Water Exemptions and registered exemption 19a - use of building wastes to create tracks, improve muddy gateways etc please remember this is an annual exemption that may need renewing. The expiry date can be found on the Exemption Certificate returned to you from the Environment Agency. You can renew this by phoning the EA on 0845 6033113.
